Dr. Wong is the best pediatrician in Bergen County! He is so friendly, attentive, and understanding. He doesn’t fear monger and is extremely educational and realistic. He genuinely cares about his patients and remembers everything about them. I can’t thank him more and I’m so sad i’m “aging out” of Pediatricare! The receptionists at the Hack location are amazing as well and are so helpful with any insurance questions I have!! ❤️

Not sure how there are so many negative reviews. I’ve been taking my children here since birth beginning in 2010. I’ve never had any trouble making a last minute sick visit for my children. We primarily see Dr. Wong and are always able to have wellness visits with him- like most family practices, these need to be made months in advance. Anyone complaining that they do not get to see their main doctor is probably because they wait until the last minute to schedule. And to combat that, the office actually starts calling their patients a few months out to remind them- which has saved me a few times. I would recommend any family with little children to come to this office. Lastly, the women at the front desk have always been lovely to my children and me. Most of these receptionists deal with

I go back and forth between the Hackensack and Fair Lawn offices with my girls, and every doctor we’ve seen has been absolutely wonderful. The doctors here are genuinely compassionate and truly dedicated to the health and well-being of children. Each one has been so memorable—my daughter even plays “doctor” at home and pretends to be the different doctors we’ve seen! Dr. Azizi is incredibly caring and really takes the time to listen and evaluate the root of cause. Dr. Infante is so sweet, compassionate, and understanding, my daughter loves her. And Dr. Wong is always so great and patient too. I’m so grateful for all of them and the amazing care they provide. I recommend Pediatric Associates every chance I get!

I've been bring my 2 boys here snice they were born. And I will being my newborm baby girl as well. I haven't had an issue. The front desk and the nurses are nice. They are also very patient. Dr. Wong and Dr. Infante have steered me in the right direction and any concern I may have have answer every question ,whether in person or on the phone. The parking lot is a headache but that the only issue. The office in general is great. Easy to make appointments as well to get incontact with a nurse if ypu have any questions or concerns. I've been to the fairlawn office as well and it hasn't been an issue either. They are very professional

This office needs to fire all their front desk staff & hire competent, efficient, compassionate people. The staff is always gossiping about patients which is a huge HIPAA violation. They need to have more patient etiquette & be more respectful to their patients. They roll their eyes, they have the nastiest attitudes, they hang up the phones on everyone. They are so lazy & can't do the simplest tasks. The doctors are good but they need better management & they need to let all the front desk go.
