We have loved our experience with Dr. Baker and with all of the doctors and staff in the practice. Everyone is so welcoming and made my child feel comfortable even with her shots. Dr. Baker is always available to answer my questions and is just overall an amazing and knowledgeable pediatrician. My daughter just loves her. My niece also sees Dr. Baker and has had a similar positive experience with the practice. She is well versed and very experienced in things that other pediatricians would likely refer out for. So happy to receive care here and would highly recommend the practice!

We love Pediatric Solutions! All the doctors are absolutely wonderful - they are extremely knowledgeable, comforting, professional, and accommodating. They know our 3 children personally at this point, and our kids - now ages 14, 12, & 8 - actually look forward to their checkups and are very comfortable with all 3 doctors. We have been highly satisfied patients since they were newborns, and we've since recommended multiple new families to the practice who are equally happy with the fabulous care they receive for their little ones.

My wife called to make an appointment for yearly check up/immunizations for our 3 kids they surprised us with a big fat bill of $500 due to them not collecting payment at time of visit. We got so confused with why they weren't collecting payment. We explained that other doctors we visit collect copayments right away in the office. Manager went ahead blamed my wife for not reminding them to pay copayments. Long story short they locked our account denied our kids services and medical records to transfer to a different doctor till we pay the balance. We have a child with ADHD that needs medication the manager clearly didn't care kept on repeating they had the right to withhold our records. We definitely got in contact with our attorney right away we will be waiting 30 days to get our record

Pediatric Solutions is the best! My son loves seeing Dr. Charo and it’s always a pleasure to be there. All the staff are really nice and you can tell everyone cares. We will be going here for a long time!

Absolutely the worst. Can't give zero stars but one star very appropriate. Reluctantly, our two kids went here and this practice is a business first and foremost, watch your bills as they will add charges on top of charges while billing what is typically "reasonable and customary", you will pay more for everything here as everything from acetominofen to a gauze pad will be captured to bill you as a customer. $20.00 for Brief/Emotional Behavioral Assessment. The billing manager is very savvy at finding fees for your various requests, proof of physical, proof of immunizations, and technology speaking they still use fax numbers and no email or anything more advanced. So glad to be finished. The office staff is quite rigid, not into your needs as a patient but more to maximize billing a
