Pediatric Smiles

My son is 2.5 years old and absolutely loved coming to his appointment today! Kyla was kind and gentle while explaining every step! Dr.Staci was also excellent in explaining everything and making both of us feel comfortable!

I’ve never felt more welcome. They accommodated me & my 3 small children while my daughter had a laser procedure. It felt like I was with family. The level of motherhood in this practice. They knew what I needed and even entertained the siblings with snacks & goodies. Really went out of the way for me today & that means a lot. I wanted to add Dr Suggs made me extremely comfortable and allowed my daughter to explore and feel comfortable. She’s doing it right. You can tell she’s a loving mother and provider. I recently attempted to schedule an appointment and was informed my children were dismissed due to prior broken appointments. While I understand offices have cancellation policies, I was never formally notified of dismissal in 2023. I would have appreciated clear communication at the time rather than discovering this after scheduling a new visit. Transparency around policy enforcement would improve the experience for families.

I want to give a huge thank you to the entire team at Pediatric Smiles Dentistry, especially Dr. Staci Suggs. After a full year of struggling with feeding challenges despite regular visits to our pediatrician and even working with a lactation specialist no one had ever noticed my son’s lip tie. But Dr. Suggs did, and I’m forever grateful that she took the time to look deeper and truly listen. She gently explained everything and performed the procedure to release the lip tie, and the difference has been incredible. His vocalization, feeding, and even his snoring have improved so much, and for the first time, our son is finally gaining weight. This has been such a blessing and a huge relief for our family. Kyla and Dr.Suggs were very friendly. The whole team was very patient and kind. This was my daughter's 1st dental visit and it was very pleasant.
