Pediatric Smile Studio - Dr Eileen Buckle

We went 1 time 7 months ago and had a decent experience.. Dentust was nice but front desk staff was unfriendly and inattentive. Had a difficult time getting someone on the phone, but I pushed that aside and tried anyway. After this appointment, I made the six month follow up, which was last week. When my husband got there with the kids in the middle of June, the air conditioning was not on/not working and he said it was sweltering hot. There was no one at the front desk and the waiting room was so incredibly full, there was nowhere for any of them to stand or sit and other kids had monopolized all the toys with a broken TV. He waited for 28 minutes after our appointment. One hygienist came out once, and when asked for a timeframe, as it was 28 minutes past our appointment, she said she

This pediatric dentist office is AMAZING!!!! We had a particularly awful experience elsewhere and had to hunt down this one. 1) The office staff is amazing and really helps the kids feel comfortable 2) They do not separate siblings and parents, leading to less anxiety for the kiddos 3) They make you feel listened to and important. We are happy to have found our home for dentistry, and they just started taking Adults too, so now the whole family can go!

My recommendation is to stay away from this place. If I could give it a -100 stars I would. Like many have said they are very difficult to get on the phone. My bigger issue is this: I called (about 15 times) to get an appointment for my 2 year old twins. Once I finally got them on the phone they verified that they took my insurance. The day arrives for the appointment. We get to the office and they say there's something wrong with our insurance. They came to this revelation just as the dentist was about to do an exam on my son. The front desk staff said hold on to the dentist. They had a brief chat. The dentist came back and said that they have to verify benefits. This took about 15 minutes but benefits were verified. This establishment is very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. The waiting room has more than enough activities to occupy the children.There is a huge chalkboard that takes up a whole wall for the kids to write on as well! The staff and doctor are extremely proffesional and know how to make the children comfortable. Everything was super clean and organized. We had a great experience with plenty of laughs thanks to the whole staff. Also, the young lady at the front and the doctor love worms and bugs!(Inside joke)

Dr. Buckle and her staff are extremely kind and professional. Extremely well organized with appointment reminders and follow ups. We brought our 2 year and 3 year old for their checkups and they were nervous and not happy campers. Dr. Buckle and her assistants put them at ease and handled them with kindness and patience like they were their own children. Looking forward to going back in December.
