Always pleasant and friendly. I most of the time talk to caniya I believe here name is (also sorry if I spelled that wrong!) Has always been above friendly and willing to help even when I had a lot of questions. Very patient and kind. Makes it worth going to this office even if it means traveling a bit.

If only I could be a kid again to have Brenda Neff NP as my provider. Wonderful doctor, compassionate, listens and truly takes the time in visits. And ridiculously prompt. Between the waiting room and waiting in the exam room I wait less than 5 minutes total (if even that long) when I bring my kids to the doctor AND they receive care I can be confident in.

I've experienced 4 of the doctors here. 2 while at the hospital and 2 for newborn checks. They are all on the same page and helped me advocate for my kids. The staff is very nice and always willing to answer my questions and help me. There is never a long wait when I have an appointment. They are very punctual but still allow me to ask the questions I need to and give me time to nurse before I leave. Great environment and place

Two different appointments, months apart, cancelled last minute by this office due to an emergency. The next offered opening is in 4 months. I cannot count on this office to be available, even when I schedule months in advance. They do not care about the impact they have on your life. I will be looking for a provider I can actually count on.

This is a great practice! I was a little concerned based on a few reviews but I think that reflects that most people go to the internet to complain and not praise. We have found the whole staff to be wonderful, from doctors to nurses to front desk folks. Have had no issues with scheduling or billing, and have been able to get in for same day urgent appointments as needed.
