I've been going here since before the pandemic and the quality of care has gone significantly downhill. The admin staff are rude, rush you, and don't accurately convey your messages to doctors. The doctors are way too rushed and depend on the admin's lack of good information. If you're a patient with needs like prescriptions, don't count getting them. Really sad to see a good practice become the worst I've ever been to. Seems like others are having similar issues, too.

Doctors and PAs here are wonderful. Scheduling staff are rude and no common sense. Had COVID and had to cancel my appointment with my primary and couldn’t get back into see anyone for 3 more months! They neglected to put me on the wait list like I asked. When I called back to follow up they said they didn’t have me on a wait list and can only put someone on if they had an appointment already. I told her that I did have one and canceled and they didn’t put me on the wait list, they said they can’t change the rule - unbelievable. If I was talking directly to my primary who I have know for so many years and love, she would have just said yeah that’s silly come on in.

I have had 3 or 4 visits to this establishment now, and my PCP is Dr. Jordice Corey. Dr. Corey is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond. The other staff are also very friendly and efficient. The reason I did not give a 5-star rating is because the wait can be a little long sometimes to see the doctor, and the process to initially establish care here was long and a little involved. You have to call, request paperwork, send it back, and then wait up to a few weeks for a call to get in. Other than that, they are lovely.

Beware of Amy Renner. She is only a nurse practitioner, and is not good at diagnosis. She disregards everything you say and seems to think that her job is to convince you that you have no symptoms. She is incompetent. Make sure you see a doctor, because as a nurse practitioner she is only supposed to see patients under direct supervision of a real doctor, who by definition has 100 times as much learning and experience. She has an over-sized opinion of herself. You might notice that she completely contradicts herself from one appointment to the next. It’s not you. It’s her.

Tldr; loved the doctor but the Administration are rude and inflexible. Hope you don't work cause if you do you're gonna have to take time off. Hours are really 9-3:30. I just had my first visit to set them up as my PCP. These 3 stars are for the doctor. He was very warm and friendly. He took time to ask about my goals for my health and we talked about them and how to move forward with my goals and his plan for my treatment. Very satisfied with him (would give more stars if it wasn't for the "business" side). CVMC has not impressed me one bit. The hours are wrong here on Google, because of this I wasted time off work to leave early and drop off new patient paperwork only to find them closed.
