Pediatric Partners has been the greatest blessing! We saw another pediatrician for a couple of visits when my daughter was a newborn and the care we receive here has been incomparable! Dr. Cannady & his nurse Lisa are fantastic! Anytime I have a question or concern, they are so responsive via portal or phone! Anytime my daughter has been sick, they have always been able to get us in same day for an appointment. That being said, they are never quick to have us come in & spend $$ we don’t need to— they are always trying to help with supportive care as much as they can, before having us come in. I truly can see & feel firsthand the care they have for their patients and the passion they have for what they do! All the office staff we have encountered, from the front desk to any of the nurses/MA

We love this practice! We see Dr. Kitchens at the Grovetown location and have used the after-hours clinic at the Evans location. Dr. Kitchens is attentive and listens to all concerns. We have encountered several other doctors and NPCs if there isn’t space on the schedule with Dr. Kitchens for sick visit. They have also been great. The office staff knows both my kids by name and they’re always welcoming and happy to see us.

It was not a pleasant visit. The provider, Dr. Smith, was condescending, she refuted information i know as a caregiver to be true. The more I tried to calmly explain to her my child's history, the more intentional she became about making sure i understood that she's the doctor. When i asked for information to support what she was trying to tell me, it was as if id offended her personally instead of seeing it as an opportunity for partnership with the specialists my child sees on a regular basis. She claimed we weren't up to date on vaccinations and when I asked which ones, because I am certain we are, she couldn't tell me. Instead of apologizing, she started talking about vaccinations needed during her netlxt year's check up. I understand sometimes new providers will make mistakes when the

Dr. Smith is wonderful! She’s so kind and patient. I truly feel like she doctors my kids the same way she would doctor her own. Love that she’s very thorough and never rushed. Also, the ladies at the front desk for check- in are always so kind.

I brought my son in for after-hours care, and from the moment we arrived, Tomika and Deidre at the front desk made such a wonderful first impression. Walking into a clinic with your baby is never easy. My heart always feels so heavy! But their warm smiles, kind words, and genuine concern instantly eased my worries. I truly felt seen, cared for, and not just like another patient walking through the door. The kindness and compassion they showed made all the difference, and set such a great tone for our doctor’s visit, even when our baby was sick! Thank you both!
