We are so happy with this office. Not only where each and every staff member a delight to be around, our appointment was at 11am, we got there at 10:54am and were back to our car by 11:23am. Super happy with our experience

Get to a 10am appointment early only to be told we probably wouldn't be seen until 10:45. Why make an appointment? They're over booked and don't have the Dr's

Dr. Palmer and his team has been amazing with my son and his spinal injury. We love this office and will continue to be seeing this group for assistance!

My daughter was crying in alot of pain refused to see her after I spoke to an on-call doc told me to come in on Monday. Also I called just to confirm in the morning to make sure I can come. The doc on call told me to come in. They were rude and absolutely insensitive to my daughter in so much pain. They need to replace the manger and the person making the appointment in the front in the Naples office. No one has time to waste when it come to a child in pain. I have no problem making an appointment. Plus I was told from two different people to come in with the a referral. It's disgusting how they treat people in pain. Plus miscommunication. Im so disgusted

Dr. Palmer was amazing. My child had to have an emergency surgery and Dr. Palmer was the surgeon. He is very thorough, and will take his time on explaining things and answering any questions you might have ( we had a lot !! lol). We are from out of state so we were very lucky to have found him. As far as the follow up at his office, there was NO wait time. Everyone was lovely.
