Pediatric Immediate Care

For over 21 years, my family has been under the care of Dr. Rakowska and we couldn't be more grateful. She is exceptionally competent, warm and approachable. Doctor Rakowska always takes the time to listen, thoroughly explain any health concerns and never makes you feel rushed. She consistently goes out of her way to accommodate your needs and is truly an incredible listener. Whether you're looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable pediatrician for your child or someone to care for of you when you are unwell at the last minute. I highly recommend Dr. Rakowska without hesitation!

This was a horrible experience. My 7 year old daughter got hurt on the playground at school and I had to rush her get checked out because she hurt her wrist very badly. At first it seemed everything was going fine until it came time for the doctor to get back to me with the results of my daughters X-ray. I brought her there at 4:30pm and had the X-ray done by 5 o’clock. They did not call me with the results, I had to constantly call them to try and find out if my daughters wrist was broken. They never answer the phone, and whenever the receptionist finally does answer she is rude and not helpful. She actually hung up on me twice!! It wasn’t until the following morning after calling many times from 8am-9am that I finally got someone to answer the phone at 9:03am just for the rude receptioni

my daughter took my granddaughter to this office and it seems they are so short handed. The person who greeted her was the receptionist /greeter/and doctor. My daughter didn’t really know who was examining the baby I had to call and ask. Don’t understand how this happens. The poor doctor was overwhelmed. Shame on the person or administrators who are in charge of this office.

Came with two children who had a sore throat. Very professional and thorough examination and treatment. Great clinic, highly recommended. Here they speak not only English, but also Polish, Ukrainian, Belarusian and Russian.

I brought my son and daughter,6 and 3 years old. They both had cough and pink eye but my son was feeling really bad. The doctor told me that the both had ear infection, they had me waiting for almost two hours and the doctor didn’t send the medicine to the pharmacy I called them and they didn’t answer ,can’t get in touch with the doctor or receptionist and the receptionist is rude . Later in the night I took my kids to the PM pedriatric because they got even worse and the needed medicine and the doctor told me that only my daughter had ear infection and not my son . He send the medicine right away. I don’t like to write google reviews but is annoying and unprofessional.
