We recently switched pediatrician offices to Pediatric Healthcare due to issues with long waits and poor communication at times with our previous Pediatrician. Pediatric healthcare has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is so kind & great with our kids, they always have same day sick appointments, and they get us into our appointment and out in a timely manner! We see McCoy Vanhooser and she is incredible! I genuinely feel that she cares deeply for my kids! We never feel dismissed or rushed at any appointments. From one Healthcare Professional mom, I would 1000% recommend this practice to anyone with kids!

My three children have been patients at Pediatric Healthcare for about a year, and unfortunately, my experience with the office staff has been very disappointing. While the physician we see, Dr. Perry, is kind and professional, nearly every interaction we have had with other staff members has been rude and condescending. Our most recent well-child visit was especially problematic. The office called me one hour before my son’s scheduled appointment and asked that we arrive 30 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. We rushed to accommodate this request, only to be met with immediate attitude from the front desk upon arrival. At check-in, I was told that my husband’s full Social Security number was required. My husband was not present, and I explained that I only had the last four digits

Dr. Trumbull and his staff are incredible! We drive from Auburn because the advice they give is worth it to us. We were especially impressed with the guidance on feeding and sleeping schedules they give for newborns. They are always willing to take us on short notice for sick visits. Facility is also great with unisex bathrooms and private nursing room available. A special shout out to Shanna and Becca for always talking great care of us!

I called the office and spoke with the manager about my two children becoming new patients. I had a few easy questions regarding vaccines that she was not able to answer for me. She told me she would get back to me with some answers from the physicians . That was almost 2 weeks ago now. I called back a few times to speak with her and nothing. A girl named Micah took my info twice after the matter saying she would call me back and still no call back. Very disappointing.

I have loved using them from the start ! They were able to come by my hospital room after having our daughter as her pediatrician! Ms.Madeline is so kind and has answered every question we’ve had as new parents. It is always clean and the staff are very nice. Our daughter loves to see all the faces at Pediatric Healthcare. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician!
