Great Doctors and staff. We have been coming here for just over 13 years now and both of my children see the Doctors here. Dr. Collins is extremely knowledgeable, smart, and a determined physician who really knows her stuff, means business (in a good well intended way that is), and truly cares for the children’s overall health and well being. Dr. Boyd is always just the most pleasant, sweet, and caring physician around. Dr. Sharma has always been so kind and caring when she was on staff at the hospital but can’t wait to see her as “our” pediatrician as well. We have yet to meet the newest member of the Doctor Team but I’m sure she’ll be a great addition. I recently tried to make an appointment for my newborn baby girl at this clinic that needed to be seen ASAP upon discharge. I was told twice by Darlene that they could not see me due to her insurance not being under Christ advocate 302. I explained to her(as told by my private insurance provider) that baby is covered for 30 days under moms insurance and upon baby having her insurance she will be under Christ advocate 302 and fully covered, now mind you they are in my insurance network. I explained to Darlene this, again said she cannot take my newborn in. After clarifying and asking her to tell me she was unable to schedule an appointment she stated she would speak to her doctor and call me back. She spoke with her doctor and the doctor stated this is correct, babies are insured under mom

Love the Doctors here. As far as the receptionist, I will give ZERO STARS. I called twice to have my son's paper work faxed to his new doctor. Receptionist lied to me TWICE that is was sent. TWO WEEKS LATER My son's father had to go in before work, they tried to lie again and say they sent it over. He stepped out to call the new doctor and they did not receive it. So, another lie was told. Another lady had to tell the receptionist to just give the paperwork by hand. Finally got the paperwork and someone sent the NEW DOCTOR the growth chart only and nothing else. NO SHOT RECORDS. JUST POINTLESS I just don't understand how hard it is to send a child's record to a new doctor to be serviced or why it was even such a issue to be done all together.

Refusing to see my perfectly healthy child for her 6 month vaccines. Even though we are out of of CDC guidelines for quarantine after having COVID. It's completely ridiculous to be pushing back my child's vaccines she needs! Now any further vaccines will be delayed. They also suggested we quarantine our 6 month old from our 2 year old for an additional 10 days. How is that even possible?! We have all had it and our now better and supposed to be out of quarantine. What a joke!

A seemingly well-intentioned group; most care for your children, but the doctors seem under-schooled or overly dependent on the books they have on-hand as the doctors seem unwilling/incapable of coming up with a proper diagnosis/prognosis. -We were told my son had psoriasis on his... nether region.... and that it wouldn't go away...ever. It was actually a small rash on his "junk" per our dermatologist... it went away with a small amount of ointment. quite the scare for a father as you can imagine.... -My wife told the doctor on numerous occasions that our son snored and we were concerned about his tonsils... she was told "babies don't snore" and they wouldn't entertain any analysis of the aforementioned tonsils - once we changed pediatricians, my son's tonsils were, in fact, "almost touch
