Dr Donkoh and His Team are amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt like more than just a chart number. The front desk staff is professional and efficient, but more importantly, the atmosphere is incredibly supportive. Living with chronic pain is exhausting, and having a team that treats you with genuine empathy makes a world of difference.

I’ve been coming to this office for quite some time, and I used to like it. Back in my day, you got seen pretty quick usually within ten minutes, and it made a person feel like your time mattered. I appreciated that, I really did. But honey, things have changed, and not for the better. These days, I’ve been sitting in that waiting room for two hours, two and a half hours once, just to see the doctor. The staff in the back are sweet and polite, and they apologize, but a patient shouldn’t have to sit that long. If the schedule’s too full, I’d much rather be told to come back another day than waste all that time. And to make matters worse, the provider I had been seeing for over a year and a half left, and nobody really told me what was going on. No clear explanation, no plan for us patient
