Using this location for 5 years. Same problem PHA need to work better on Dr and Patients schedule. Waiting for dr with little kids in room for more than an 60 minutes. And this is not the 1st time. Very poor in time management. Its really hard to wait hours with kids.

My child is ill and they can’t be bothered to turn on their phones. It continues to go to the after hours messaging service. This is extremely frustrating and terrible for a pediatric practice to operate like this. If you care for your kids find a different doctor’s office.

called at 6 to talk to a nurse or someone to help me with my son who is projectile vomiting and with a fever of 100 and they told me they would call back. Waited an our at 7 called again and no one answered I got an automatic voice telling me I called after hours…THEY CLOSE AT 8. Horrible place.

We’ve been bringing our children to this hospital for the past two years and have always appreciated the excellent medical care and friendly staff. However, the same issue happens every time — we often end up waiting over an hour beyond our scheduled appointment, which can be especially challenging when we’re in a small waiting room with our 3-year-old child. If the appointments could run closer to the set time, it would make an already positive experience even better for parents like us. If this continues, we may have to consider going to a different hospital.

I came here yesterday with my twin daughters , one has autism and the other doesn’t. We had a difficult time with the check up due to some sensory issues and anxiety due to the anticipation of the shots. I wish I knew the names of the nurses who were doing the beginning part of the checkups and the shots because their patience is truly something to be admired. They were incredibly kind and didn’t give up on my kid which is not always something we find. Thank you so much to the nurses and the team at Pediatric health. We have dealt with serious ableism and cruelty this year which gives me a lot of anxiety and you guys gave this mother hope. You’re the care we need back in healthcare.
