Pediatric Health Associates

I love Dr Tang, but this practice is a nightmare. Often there waiting up to 2 hours after my appointment time. We already left this practice due to how difficult they are to work with, but came back when our insurance changed hoping it would be better. Duly was significantly better imo.

Bolingbrook location is very unprofessional. I’ve been there several times and the employees are not as friendly as the Naperville location. I had an appointment today but the weather was really bad with flash flood warnings and flooded streets. Because of this I was late to my appt but did call while I was driving there. They told me to still come in. When I got there they told me they can’t see my daughter because I was 2 minutes past their cut off time. They didn’t care that I just drive 35 minutes through flooded streets and very heavy rain. The receptionist and doctor was very flip about it. Horrible experience.

I went in for a three day follow up from giving birth to a beautiful son. Thought this place was close to my house and seemed friendly. I went in and the nurse was amazing but when the doctor came I had trouble. Not necessary rude but the lack of new information for a new Time mom that got me. She told me everything I already knew. Then when asked when to see him again to try and make an appointment she said he doesn’t need one at the time. Later that day the hospital called and asked if his 2 week appointment was made; I was furious. Then the nurse mentioned the doc would give me samples to give to baby for vitamins and the doctor forgot as well and I didn’t remembered until I got home. Just some type of attitude because I had many people with me for support. Very disappointed, but i shal

My wife and I have both had such a good experience with Pediatric Health Associates. We primarily see Dr Tang and he is great, but when we need to make an appointment and Dr Tang is not available, we have had wonderful experiences with all their doctors. They are very personable and give you advice based off of experiences they have had with their own children. We highly recommend this practice to any new parents. We always leave knowing we have the best care for our child.

Dr tang is a wonderful and very competent doctor thanks to him we found a 4cm tumor on my daughter forever grateful for Dr Tang
