Pediatric Gastroenterology

My son saw dr confine and her NP Jessica for dairy/soy intolerance and reflux. They listened to my concerns, and gave me varying options for treatment. Jessica is thorough and always recaps our previous appointment to get a clear idea of how the month has been between visits. They are so sweet and kind with my son and polite and informative with me. The nurses and front desk staff are always friendly with us during our appointments.

I wish I could give this office TEN stars!!! What a phenomenal staff!! Our first visit here today and when I tell you we didn't even warm a seat in the waiting room I'm not joking!! Everyone was welcoming, friendly, efficient and on top of their game with knowledge!!!! I wish I had found this place years ago!!!! We met with the Nurse Practitioner and I just LOVE her!!! If you have a child with GI issues, this is absolutely the office to come to! I am incredibly happy!!

I had an appointment set for the past week and a half for the 25th. Today the 18th they call to inform me that the dr my son was going to see has a procedure scheduled for our time slot. They wanted us to wait until November 9th to reschedule. I understand pushing us back a day or two bc of a more emergent incident, but to push us back over two weeks not for any fault of ours is just ridiculous. Unfortunately that is just the norm for all services and companies now days. The pt nor the customer matters any more.

Let me start by saying we really like Dr. Condino. She is amazing and kind! Really educates and so sweet with my son. However all the kindness in the world can’t overshadow the number of issues we’ve had with the office including pre approvals, getting questions answered accurately and in a timely manner, and scheduling appts. I can’t even get an appt. my son needs on the books for the end of November. Overall very frustrating. We only still go to this office because of Dr. Condino. Sammy at the St. Pete office is wonderful and helpful too!
