Pediatric Eye Physicians

They were amazing! I had an emergency with my son today and the receptionist made it work and he had never been there before! The doctor was very direct to the point, quick and assertive. Everybody very polite and patient

The office staff was inefficient and a bit rude. I tried three times to make an appointment (hung up on while on hold, called back and waited on hold for 15 minutes before wondering if the forgot about me, tried again and gave up after the staff was a little rude and put me back on a long hold). Anyway, I gave up and switched to a place in Cedar Knolls that made the process MUCH easier.

I brought my 9-month-old here for an evaluation to rule out esotropia, and Dr. Klein was absolutely wonderful. She was clearly experienced in working with very young babies and handled the exam with such care and ease. Although this office is quite a distance from us, my pediatrician highly recommended it—and I’m so glad we made the trip. The office staff was also fantastic and did a great job managing the dilation process for my little one’s eyes.

I couldn’t even get an appointment at this office for my son. I was put on hold on two occasions, to which I hung up after over 15 minutes on hold. I also left a voicemail which they never called back. I haven’t even stepped foot into the office to know this place is awful if this is how they handle scheduling a simple appointment.

We’ve been patients of Dr. Charles Morgan for over two years and, unfortunately, have had multiple disappointing experiences. On more than one occasion, we had to return for follow up visits due to unclear explanations and a lack of thorough guidance. Most concerning was a instance where Dr. Morgan appeared uncertain in confirming a diagnosis, which prompted us to seek a second opinion. The ophthalmologist at CHOP was able to confirm the diagnosis confidently and immediately simply by reviewing our child’s surgical records and conducting a brief exam. To make matters worse, when our upcoming appointment was canceled by the doctor’s office, we requested our child’s medical records so we could transfer care.
