I’ve had an outstanding experience with Dr. Burton and her team. Dr. Burton is truly a remarkable physician. She’s an excellent listener, asks thoughtful and insightful questions, and makes you feel genuinely heard and understood. The level of attention she gives during each visit is something you don’t often find. Her staff is equally exceptional. They are attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to help get my medication approved by insurance. They navigated every hurdle and handled all the tedious back-and-forth required to secure the necessary documentation. Their persistence and dedication made a huge difference. The concierge plan has elevated the entire experience even further. The enhanced customer service, easier access, and extended time with Dr. Burton have made my car

I took my son there and the service was great, but we disagreed upon treatment. The nurse assistant controlled all decisions, even if the parent disagreed. We were not allowed to talk to the doctor. I was told if I did not agree with the her decision I could find another place to go, so I did. I went to another doctor and she agreed with what I was recommending for my son. Here all final decisions were not based upon the parents, a doctor, but a PA. They need to change here. Other than that they can see you quickly when most other places you will have to wait around 10 months.

We had a fantastic experience with Kathryn Springfield, PA! She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in evaluating our son’s growth concerns. As parents — and as medical providers ourselves — we came in with a lot of data and questions, and she took the time to review everything carefully, explain her recommendations clearly, and outline a thoughtful plan for ongoing monitoring. Even though we were initially hoping for more aggressive intervention, we left feeling reassured, heard, and supported. The team was also very organized and helpful in discussing their concierge option and answering our logistical questions. Highly recommend this practice for any families navigating pediatric endocrine concerns!

The office never answers calls and when I’ve left messages I don’t get a returned call. Our insurance company has been trying to get them to resubmit a claim they coded wrong for 2 reasons from a visit last year. I didn’t even know it was wrong until January when they had a new concierge fee and even though I paid $180 to get my child’s meds the first part of this year, their billing dept. won’t resubmit the claim! We were in network last year but they keep telling the medical billing group that we weren’t. Please fix this ASAP. I shouldn’t have to pay hundreds more just because we went to this provider.

If I could leave a 0 I would! Don’t waste your time. The phone is never answered. I have been waiting on sonogram results for my daughter 6 weeks now. Can not get anyone to return my calls. Could it be that they are waiting til January where they roll out their new payment policy. Where patients have to pay monthly to be a patient here? Your dealing with families and kids, be better!
