Waste of time and space. Dr Bernard and the entire staff is unprofessional. Messed up my son's growth hormones for an entire year and only admitted it when I demanded an apology from the doctor himself. They care more about their pockets then they care about the patient and the patient experience. Better off going to Children's where they know what they are doing

★☆☆☆☆ This office failed to communicate their financial policies before our appointment. Despite a referral from our primary care physician two months prior due to medical concerns, they refused to see our child without full payment upfront. As a so-called “courtesy,” they allowed us to pay 60%—something that should have been clearly explained beforehand. Their collection practices feel legally questionable, and they hide behind a face of niceness to cover their blatant rudeness. No one in the office would speak to me except for the receptionist and they were unwilling to help. As stated, “some folks ruin this for everyone”. Extremely disappointing experience!

It is the true test of customer service is not when everything is going right, but what is done when things go wrong. That is the case with Dr. Bernard and his team. A few weeks back I posted a grievance over my last appointment and communication that followed said appointment. I am happy to say that Dr. Bernard spoke to us and made things right. He was very informative and kind while addressing my issues which were all related to our last appointment. We were able to close the gap in the communication breakdown and came to a welcomed agreement for treatment. He offered different treatment options and allowed us the opportunity to choose the route to take. Which is ultimately what I think most of us look for with any doctor. We have been seeing Dr. Bernard and Nurse Ann for our son for over 3.5 years. Both are great, we mostly see Nurse Ann and we love her! Both the doc and her take so much time to go over every little detail, I have never felt rushed or left with questions unanswered. The couple of times we had an after hours emergency, both the doc and Nurse Ann have called me from their personal cell phone. I really feel my child is safe and in great hands. and so glad to have excellent care so close to home.

STOP and Cancel your appt. They send you all the reminders to come to the appt and if you cancel they state they are going to charge you. Then when you come they want you to pay up front for the visit and won’t even bill you. SMFH. All the doctors apprentice been to always bill you but not here. You better be prepared to pay something up front . This by far is the worse doctors office I’ve been too. Taking off work and school for them to then charge you a cancellation fee . Basically they will Not work with you here at all for anything. And the wait time is horrible and horrible staff. If you just want them to take your hard earned money and get poor bedside manner and advice then this is the place . Good luck
