Dr. Ashcroft is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is friendly and the whole visit always feels smooth and organized. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing and Dr Ashcroft is very professional and friendly with my Kids. They won’t force any unnecessary treatment and honor parents request. I would love to recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Northlake to my family and friends for oral hygiene.

My daughter loves going to the dentist! Their staff has been super friendly and easy to work with! They are patient which was nice when we first went and she wasn’t sure about it. Now I have no issues with her going she loves it! I highly recommend!!

The doctor took time to explain and listened attentively, front desk staff were nice, except for the hygienist ( wearing a Halloween themed scrubs), she did not make my child feel comfortable and was also a bit rude.. I don’t know why. Also the X-rays she took had to be redone again. That was the only unpleasant part.
