Pediatric Dentistry of Middletown

I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Autumn was wonderful, Marissa (I hope I’m spelling her name right!) was wonderful, Mindy was wonderful — honestly the entire team made me feel welcome and cared for. They do an incredible job educating patients about what’s going on, explaining billing and information clearly, and taking the time to walk you through everything. If there’s ever confusion, it’s definitely not because of them — they are patient, thorough, and make sure you understand your care. What I appreciated most is that they never made me feel embarrassed. I came in feeling a little self-conscious about my gum health and even my grills, and the dentist was so kind, open, and down-to-earth about everything. We always have an amazing experience with the staff and dentist here. Both of my boys feel very comfortable and are actually excited to go to the dentist. The office is very clean and provides the latest technology.

Very clean facility!! The lobby is super clean and the staff were very friendly. The whole process to check in and wait went smoothly and very quickly. The kids had just enough time to watch a little part of a movie and play with the cars. The dental hygienists were awesome with my timid child who is very nervous about her teeth being touched. They took their time and were very patient and made it fun for her. The individual rooms were open and very clean. They have a TV to watch while the hygienist cleans their teeth. The rooms are colorful. Again staff was very catering and talked to the kids individually without babying them. They made my kids feel very independent while talking every step through with them. We just went for my child’s first appt and it was beyond amazing! So friendly, comforting, and easy going. The staff was great and super clean. Highly recommended!!!
