Very warm and welcoming atmosphere, also very calm and quiet. My deep tissue massage was excellent. She took me back promptly and started the massage at my scheduled time, also ended on time for my 90 min, no lost mins. Shy did a great job, she kept making sure the pressure was ok and really worked out my tense muscles without causing me pain.

Adele was incredibly skilled, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the body and how it responds to stress, training, and overuse. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions before we began, really listening to my concerns and goals for the session. As someone who runs regularly, I deal with tight shoulders and general muscle fatigue.
