Dental Associates of Delaware-Middletown

I recently had a dental appointment here, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, patient, and professional. The dentist was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand, which put me at ease right away. They were also very accommodating with my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable the entire time. It’s rare to find an office that treats you with this much care and respect, and I appreciate it more than I can say. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares and takes pride in the work they do.

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and inviting. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment to my first visit, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, respected, and important. I truly appreciate excellent customer service, and this office is dedicated to providing just that. They absolutely deserve all the positive accolades and reviews!

The receptionist is always pleasant; the waiting area is inviting and clean. The dental assistant(s) and dental hygienist are friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and work well as a team. Dr. Hansen is courteous, takes time to explain any concerns he may have and the solution. He was very gentle during the procedure, offering breaks and explaining each step during the procedure. He and the dental assistant Alison worked well together as a team.

Dr Ryan and his Dental Hygienist Alyssa are both absolutely amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and are very gentle and kind. They keep me very informed, patiently listen to every question, and I always learn something new! I never liked going to the Dentist before, but now look forward to getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I am truly thankful to have found them both and highly recommend them and the office staff too.

My visit today and every appointment at Dental Associates of Delaware in Middletown has always been exceptional from the front desk staff, my dental hygienist Diane and Dr.B are top notch. Dr.B gives great needles stick you can’t even feel it.Denise the insurance coordinator is awesome she always gets back to you as promised. It’s worth my drive from Magnolia Delaware to Middletown office for over 4yrs. Thank you guys for being the best Dental office .
