I love coming here. Our Son has been coming since his first tooth came in. Hes 5 now, and Dr. Hicks is so pleasant and relatable. The office is always immaculate and clean. Even though we drive just under and hour to get here I dont mind because I know my son is well taken care of and examined. Even his staff is top notch from check in to check out!

Child centered and patient focus! Have been looking for another pediatric dentist since October and moving back to the Johns Creek area and Pediatric Dentistry of John’s Creek did not disappoint. Everyone is friendly and listens to your concerns. Dr. Hicks has a great chair side manner and made my grandson feel super comfortable. All the anxiety he had when we walked in went away when he saw the movie room and how pleasant everyone was. Billing was up front and detailed. No surprises. Wonderful experience! Exceptional office, experience and dental care! Starting with the schedulers being so nice, prompt and efficient in scheduling appointments, check out was easy. Office is very clean and organized. Dr Hicks, all staff and hygienists are so friendly, kind and professional, they made kids feel so much at ease with treatment esp my younger one, and so encouraging to the older one with braces to continue with good dental care, motivating for both. So glad we were recommended here by friends and we would highly recommend them to others.

My two year old saw Dr. Hicks on 2/2/26 for his very first dental appointment. I loved everything about this place, and more importantly, so did my son. We’ve been bringing our two children to Pediatric Dentistry of Johns Creek for the past 7 years. Dr. James Hicks is absolutely wonderful. He has a gentle demeanor, caring personality and excellent bedside manner that immediately puts kids and us parents at ease. The office itself is spacious, spotless and welcoming. Every member of the staff is friendly, professional and kind. My kids actually look forward to their dental visits, which says a lot about his approach to care!
