We had an excellent experience and will continue visiting this practice. It is such a kid-friendly environment that has made all the difference in helping my child feel more comfortable for her first few visits to the dentist. Our appointment was timely, the staff was kind and patient, and Dr. Dillow provided compassionate, expert care. He was patient with us and thoroughly answered my questions. If your child is weary of the dentist you definitely want to come here! The staff is so good with the children and my kiddos have never had a bad experience here. If I could give more stars I would!

We absolutely love Dr. Dillow and the staff at PDOH-Georgetown! They are so friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and great with our 3 (soon to be 4) children. We are very thankful to have their expertise and support close by for any of our dental needs!

Must have been an off day for them compared to the rest of the reviews. But I did end up canceling all future appointments for all three of my kids. I called to let them know I have a kid newly on crutches and we were struggling but on our way. Arrived, couldn’t find parking. She hobbled halfway across the parking lot going as fast as she could. We were 14 minutes late. Yes, I’m aware they only do a 10 minute grace period. Any other day we would have made it before the grace period but she’s slower on the crutches. We were greeted with “we can still see you but only because we had a cancelation”. She’s OBVIOUSLY on crutches and I’m doing the BEST I can you’re seriously going to say that when it was just FOUR minutes…. Didn’t really set a good mood but I’m too exhausted to argue. We were i

My daughter had to have a tooth pulled, and was VERY nervous. Dr. Dillow and his team were wonderful with her. They explained everything they were doing and reassured her the whole way. The dental assistant talked to her the whole time, and made her feel so comfortable. We've always had good experiences here, but this one was above and beyond.
