I love this dentist office. My children have been coming here for 4 years. The main dentist is amazing. He listens is attentive and explains every step to the kiddos to make them comfortable. The assistants are amazing every single one of them are incredible in thier own way. The atmosphere is so calming for the both the children and thier parents. My only issue is the new dentist. He doesn't listen. Doesn't care about the child's experience and I had to have him removed mid procedure with my son yesterday. The main dentist came in worked his magic gave him a Lil more novacain and finished the filling pain free for my son. Care does matter. Feelings do matter. Nobody should be worked on in pain and thier pain shouldn't be ignored. I will continue to only allow original dentist to work o

Dr. L and the amazing staff here did a wonderful job of caring for my special girl… my granddaughter has special needs.. she was so anxious about having her cavity filled… but the whole procedure went so smoothly. Totally professional, reassuring and caring. ❤️

I have 6 children the oldest is now 33. The last of my children are a set of twins 16. I have been bringing all of my children here for years. They treat you with great respect, very friendly, and they listen to your concerns. My youngest daughter hated going. (Like all children do) . They help your child to get familiarized of whats going on. They explain everything they will be doing to ease any fears that they may have. The only thing that I don't like is that my children will eventually have to go somewhere else. The futherest i lived was Davidson County and still traveled to them. So, if this isn't enough said about this great establishment then you will miss a great opportunity to bring your child/children here to have great teeth.

The dentist that treated my kid was good and very attentive. However, didn’t like how the dental assistant lied to me about the laughing gas being covered under my plan. My daughter had to get 2 cavities filled in and she was anxious about the procedure so the dental assistant suggested laughing gas. I have a background in insurance so I like to know what’s covered and what will be an extra out of pocket charge. When I asked her if the laughing gas was covered she said that she would check to see if my plan covered it. She left the room for about 2-3 mins and came back to tell me there would be no charge and it’s covered. She then immediately had me to sign an agreement to pay for the laughing gas if it’s not covered under my plan. This sent up red flags for me. So I called my dental pl

On Jan. 8, 2026, my son and I had the most positive experience. We've been going to this location for years. Early appointments during school hours are best, if you want to get seen in a timely manner. The appointment was scheduled for 9AM, we were called back within 5 minutes of being there. The hygienist was very professional and answered all my questions. She made my son feel comfortable for his cleaning, even answering some of his questions. The staff was friendly and not overwhelmed. And, the dentist(DDS) was friendly and very caring and knowledgeable as well. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. I have another appointment there for my other son on Jan. 9th, hopefully his appointment will be just as great, though it is schedule for 2PM. ***Well, Jan. 9th's appointment was just
