Our child started with crippling anxiety and they worked extremely well with her. After multiple visits she's improved so much and they continue to work with her when needed. The front desk has been a bit busy/chaotic a couple of times we have been here. This could be just the time of year or time of day we were there or something specific going on. Even with the busyness the front desk is very professional and easy to work with.

My recent visit had its positives, particularly the kind and patient dental hygienist. However, I was very disappointed with the billing process. We visited in June, and it seems there may have been an insurance issue. We were not informed of this until September of the following year, which was too late to resolve the problem and resulted in unexpected costs for us, despite having paid for our insurance. While I understand insurance can be complex, I believe practices should proactively work with patients to ensure timely and accurate billing as a courtesy. Furthermore, the handling of the billing issue during a phone call was unapologetic, which added to our frustration. I'd also like to add it does seem like they may incentives positive reviews.

Their dental practice is nice once you are there, but getting seen is ridiculously difficult, even if you are an established patient. Several of my children had to wait MONTHS to get fillings (which got worse in the meantime), and it is just a bit sad that they are so busy with adding new patients (presumably, since it was not always this way) that they cannot care for their established ones. Dr. G-M and her staff are generally nice and it is a clean establishment with up to date technology.

Our children have been taken care of with Dr. Graham. She and the staff are excellent. They explain step by step processes so the kids feel comfortable and communicate well with parents. I appreciate your bedside manner and flexibility to meet kids where they are at in their dental journey without shame or guilt.

Good morning, this experience was different than before. We arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment time at 3:30pm. My children and I waited 35 minutes before being called back, without any explanation of being behind or an apology. The dental tech was moving rather slow and after both kids had their X-rays done, we sat for a few more minute before anything else happened. Watching 3 other techs walk around cleaning things, we had one working with both kids. By the time the dentist examined my kids , it was nearly 50 minutes after our actual appointment time. I want to say that I am one who usually gives grace in these situations, but I also know that if we were to show up 30-40 minutes past our scheduled time, we would have been told we need to reschedule.
