Pediatric Consultant is a wonderful place to take your sick children, well check up and vaccinations. Every staff there is pleasant and very knowledgeable. All 4 of my children/young adults now go here and I’m so glad when my first born was able to become a patient here. I definitely give them more than 5 stars. Thank You, Sharese Wallace

The doctor is kind and seemingly good. The receptionist woman is great. Other than that, this place is not worth it. I have now taken 2 kids, and the filth that this place has grossed me out each time. Holes in the wall, nothing has been painted in seemingly years, and or washed… I feel like you’re going to get sick and germs just coming in. Nothing is clean or taken care of. I’ve added photos for reference. The ring doorbell they use to let people in, is never answered. Idk why they even use it. We ring, then they come and open the door.. I’m not sure why that’s even necessary. It’s not a bank or jewelry store. The woman giving immunizations needs more training with babies. The way she needed my baby was uncomfortable for my baby in an already scary situation. Then, she stumbled getting t

Oh my goodness, I had a terrible experience with these people. Upon entering this dirty building, I went to the receptionist’s window. I was not acknowledged for about 10 minutes. I finally got tired of standing there and spoke up. The people behind that desk have no clue as to what they are doing. When my child and I were finally brought into the examination room, I noticed that the walls were dirtier than the waiting room walls. The ceilings were coming down (some panels were pushed in.) The Kiln Creek Association should REALLY look into this. This place is dirtier than downtown. Newport News. Kiln Creek Association should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these people to practice on their property. Take it from me! FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!

This office is repulsively dirty. The ceilings are coming down in the examination rooms. These people charge you one dollar if you are sick and require a face mask. I have never been to ANY healthcare facility where there was a fee required for a face-mask. The receptionist is USELESS. Maybe if I had a ham sandwich she’d be more responsive. 🤷🏻‍♀️ These people do not deserve a 4.7 rating. In my opinion 2.7 would be a suitable rating. And that is being GENEROUS. Do yourself a favor, find another doctor.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Brian is always kind and helpful on the phone. Kayla knows who we are when I tell her I’m calling for my son and she always goes out of her way to say hi to us when we check in. The nursing staff is caring and thorough. The doctors have always been supportive, helpful and takes their time listening to all of my concerns. We switched offices when my son was 6 months old and I couldn’t be more happy to have picked this office for my son!
