Dr Anand and Dr Dargon are wonderful, and the offices are clean; however, after more than a dozen appointments at Pediatric Clinic Westbank, we've never been seen within an hour of our scheduled appointment time, and most often wait more than 1.5 - 2 hours to see the doctors.

As parents considering pediatric care, I want to share our recent experience at Pediatric Clinic Westbank to help others make informed decisions. I wish I would have read these Google reviews prior to selecting and will preface my review by saying that Dr. Dargan, specifically, has excellent medical reviews. We genuinely like, respect, and appreciate doctor Dargan, who is highly capable and caring. However, the poorly run operations of the office have made it a deal breaker for us, and we will be seeking pediatric care elsewhere. During our latest visit, scheduling an appointment took 23 minutes on the phone, with 20 minutes spent on hold. I was asked to explain the details of my child’s reason for the visit during this call. They attend to you two hours after you arrive, mix up your children’s medication, give them the wrong injections, and then just call to apologize as if that fixes the consequences it could have on a baby. Definitely not a clinic anyone should choose for their child’s care.

Do yourself a favor and run but if you do choose to stay do yourself the favor and clear your schedule for the whole day. They say you have to wait a hour after you check in for your schedule appointment if you're lucky you'll be seeing within that hour or to make you feel better they just make you wait in the back waiting room and you'll still have to wait to get into a room and of course another wait for the doctor to make their rounds.

Our children's clinic for 12 years in the beginning great service and friendly staff. Now it seems poorly ran (management) you are going to need to clear your entire day for a scheduled appointment. How is that an appointment last 2 almost 3 hours long?Something needs to change.
