The Urgent Care - Gretna

This urgent clinic is great. They have a friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. All the staff along with the dr are compassionate and proficient. They really care about everyone that walks through the door. I will definitely keep returning.

I never enjoy going to urgent care but my visit to this one was a bit unusual. The waiting room was not crowded. My wait was minimal. The staff was very pleasant as well as sympathetic to my need. I was in and out quickly. I am glad I chose this location!

Everyone there is very nice, there was a little bit of a wait, but still better than any other urgent care I've been to. Within an hour they took my dads vitals, tested for flu/covid/rsv, and sent in his prescriptions. The nurses were very kind, reassuring, and efficient. I'd definitely reccomend this urgent care.

The best place for Urgent care on the Westbank. Been going here for years and always friendly and knowledgeable staff. They sent my prescriptions to my chosen pharmacy and when I got there it was already waiting for me. This place is fast and efficient.

From Andrea at the front desk to my medical assistant, who did my vital signs to Sharon PA, everyone was " Fantastic" caring, courteous,& polite. I can highly recommend Urgent Care.the waiting room is clean, neat, & quiet.the staff is very professional. "They make you feel like family!"
