Pediatric Clinic of Paris

My 21 yr old daughter just had given birth 5 days prior to going in for her baby girls new born follow up. Front desk was no help besides throwing a stack of paperwork at an overwhelmed new mom. Gave no direction to find the right waiting area. Before my daughter could even attempt to fill out the book of paperwork, we get called into the room, the nurse was the only nice one around, asked her basic questions and to undress baby to do exam as usually. As my daughter is trying to get around after having a baby, a few stitches, and trying to fill out paperwork. I start doing all things for the baby, so my daughter isn't getting up down so much and I knew she was getting overwhelmed more with all the demands being thrown at her. Grand daughter (1 of 5 grandchildren) who have been patients here for years had severe symptoms and pain and was simply dismissed by a doctor in this clinic. The doctor diagnosed her with something different from the ER doctor without even looking at or requesting the CT scan from the ER. Did not listen to the mother’s concerns nor did the doctor even touch the child before giving the contrary diagnosis. The child was in severe and debilitating pain. A second opinion at a different clinic found an infection immediately with a simple test as well as with the CT scan they actually requested to see. After 5 days, an ER visit, and finally a 2nd opinion elsewhere this sweet child will now get the help she needs with a simple antibiotic prescription. It is a shame zero stars couldn’t be given fo

We have received excellent care from this clinic since my children were born! I greatly appreciate that the pediatricians at this clinic are the same on staff at the hospital so Dr. Gibbs has cared for my kids since the day they were born. She patiently answers all my questions and my kids and I adore her! We've seen most of the other providers as well and always been grateful for the wonderful care we've received. Can't recommend them enough.

Would give 0 if I could, Gibbs took over an hour after my appointment to see us, then was rude and off putting
