First I went to the desk checked my son in lady asked is there any concerns u may have I said yes because I called prior to this visit about my son autism but any who I said yes Would you she stated we can’t answer no questions we will just Administer his shots for today because his doctor was on vacation but we get to the room and waiting for his shots she came in on the computer and said o can’t answer any questions before a question was even asked by the way then she taken the Needle out the package no gloves didn’t even sanitize her hands even though it’s Available on the wall for use before putting on gloves but she didn’t put on gloves I said were your gloves she hurried up and stick him before telling him I’m Administratoring the medicine my son lead to the side she told him to sta

I'm furious with this place, not once but twice did we show up for our afternoon appointment only to find out they had taken a half day and failed to let us know. When we were actually able to be seen, the doctors didn't care about our concerns for our child at all. Only after we went to a real pediatrician did we find out the doctors botched the circumcision and our son may have a stomach condition, as well as a yeast infection on his neck, all things the doctor here said would be resolved on their own and didn't intervene for any of these things. If you care about the well being of your child, don't bring them here

Great team of lovely individuals! Everytime I call they get my kids right in, sometimes immediately. Great bedside manner and you can tell they all really care about our kids.

Waited for over 30 minutes past the appointment time to sign in at the desk. 45 minutes past the appointment time to be seen. No air conditioning with over 16 people crammed into a small office. This is a disservice to the community. Plus the doctors are very difficult to understand as English is a second language. I do not recommend using this pediatric center. If you are this short staffed limit the amount of appointments you have in a day.

The doctors and staff here are so wonderful with my children. They go above and beyond and genuinely care. That's all I need to know!
