Pediatric Care Specialists

I switched my son over to Pediatric Care Specialists office after having an awful experience with another pediatrician office here in town. We have been in multiple times now and I will say it was night and day difference from the last place we were at. The front desk is always been pleasant, kind and helpful. The provider we saw our first time was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this office. I’ve been to Richland one and the Johnstown one and had great experiences at both. Just yesterday, we did a walk-in visit since my son is sick. They got us in super fast Which was greatly appreciated.

I'm so thankful we found this doctor. She was incredibly down to earth and made my daughter feel comfortable and heard. She genuinely cared about what my daughter wanted and was open to trying different approaches instead of pushing one plan. As a parent, that kind of respect and compassion means a lot.

Staff is helpful and polite most of the time. So I wasn’t going to post anything, but this is the 4th time we had an issue with our doctors. The first time, my newborn had issues with his breathing. It took me and my mother months to finally convince the doctors that it was most likely asthma, almost everyone in my family has it, there’s hardly anyone who doesn’t (Scariest, most tiring couple months of my life, fighting for my newborn). We had to bug the crap out of them, constantly in and out of the office and ER, until they finally gave us the medicine that he needed. After that drama, yrs later we had a doctor who was very cocky/arrogant, everything we’d say would go in one ear and out the other. As always, Dr. Keiper was exceptional with her standard of care! We see her for her medical expertise, knowledge of my child's medical history, and the manner in which she treats and cares for her patients. The staff were attentive as always.

My son is profoundly autistic and non verbal, we switched to PCS in May 2025, highly recommend they are amazing with him and are always available for me, they even have offices with walk in hours. So thankful for them
