Love this office! We’ve brought my son here since he was born and could not recommend them more! We’ve always felt welcome walking through the door, the staff remembers us and helps with anything we need. Mrs. Katrina is who we see on a regular basis and she is phenomenal! She helped me feel like I wasn’t crazy when I was going through the thick of newborn and postpartum craziness and had guided us through multiple issues that have popped up over the past two years. We’ve seen a few other doctors for last minute sick appointments, and so far everyone we’ve been with have been helpful and kind!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about 24/7 Pediatric Care Centers! Every single staff member is attentive, kind, and incredibly resourceful. It’s rare to find a practice where you feel truly heard and cared for, but this team goes above and beyond. What stood out most was the exceptional follow-up – the doctor herself called personally to check on my child, which gave me such peace of mind. That kind of dedication and genuine concern for their patients is something you just don’t find everywhere. I’ve been to all locations at this practice over the years with both of my 2 children. The beaches is the furthest location from where I reside, but will be our new permanent location! Amanda Kling APRN is absolutely amazing. She is so nice and very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond taking care of her patients. We don’t have health insurance and she spends extra time researching to find us similar medications that are affordable for self pay patients. I can’t thank her enough for all her help with my family. She keeps up to date on new therapies/treatment recommendations for my 6 year old son’s asthma and not just old school regimens like previous physicians. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone, especially seen under Amanda Kling’s care! Thank you!! ❤️

I began taking my son to this practice 13 years ago. One of the reasons I chose this practice was because I could call at any time of night with any questions, concerns, and I could even make a “sick appointment” for the following day. As of late, it appears that the “24/7” portion of their name is no longer the case as they’ve hired a third-party vendor to take their after hours calls and you can no longer speak to a nurse like in the past. I was just leaving a message with the after-call service agent who has my contact information, our call was disconnected and he did not even call me back to finish the message. It’s been a very disappointing experience and I will most likely be shopping for a new pediatrician’s office.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I called the clinic at 6:49pm and spoke with the front desk and asked to confirm the hours and that they would remain open till the time they said on google that they would be open, at 8pm. I also asked whether I needed to make an appt and explained my baby’s emergency. The woman said they would and that I didn’t need to make an appt and that they would be there till 8. I packed my family into the car and drove over a pretty windy bridge as it was the day of Milton. We also drove quite a distance from town and made it there in plenty of time for them to still be open and drove into a dark parking lot. I called the number and an evening operator picked up. I told them that I had spoken to a woman and she had confirmed they’d be open and the operator
