Pediatric Care Center-Southington

I’ve been bringing my child to this practice since he was born—he’s now 16—and we’ve always had a great experience with the medical providers. I’ve especially loved working with Dr. Blumer, Dr. Lisa, and Josh over the years—they’ve been wonderful, caring, and professional. Unfortunately, the front office staff has changed in the past year or so, and the level of professionalism has noticeably declined. Recently, I tried to help a friend schedule appointments for her three children and had a frustrating experience dealing with Ashley. I called multiple times and was given different instructions each time. Initially, I was told to fill out and fax the patient forms, which I did. We needed a same day sick visit for my daughter and we were able to get an appointment with Dr. Menillo! Although there was a wait, I was more than happy to wait to be seen. Nothing is worse than a sick child on a weekend. She is so caring and thorough! We see Dr. Bezler normally and have seen Dr. Menillo a couple times and they are both excellent!

My friend overheard the crosseyed latina receptionist with lip filler talking bad about me (for asking for a flu shot) while I was in my appointment. Also all 3 girls in the receptionist area were answering phone calls to their bosses and saying they are “extremely busy right now” meanwhile I was the only patient there. The doctor was a blond PA student and she was super nice, cant remember her name. The singular star is for her

Dr.Bezler is so thorough and attentive. He not only listens but also addresses any concerns. I’m so glad he’s at this practice. My boys really liked him and even asked to have him every visit. Shaqueda, the nurse who took us in, was also so kind, patient, and awesome. She knew my son was very anxious about his shots; therefore, she went above and beyond to make my son felt comfortable when getting his vaccinations. Thank you!

I just want to say I absolutely love this pediatric office. The staff takes the time to listen to parents, and go the extra mile. That also goes to the Dr. Bezler, Dr. Menillo, and Dr. Bree. They put my mind at ease when it comes to my children. Thank you for all you guys do.
