Pediatric Associates Town Center

Comfortable feeling place when you have to be there for any stretch of time with a sick little loved one. The staff are very friendly and knows how to help calm down and anxious or crying little one. Plenty of seating and they seem to move pretty quickly. I think we worrying for only about 4-5 minutes. They were very professional and know their stuff. I believe. They were saying medical monikers that everybody else understood. Nothing but good things to say - I love it here.

Although my kid's doctor was switch to a new one, Dr. Ricardo was amazing and attentive with my concerns, as well as my AuDHd kid was super comfortable (which is rare when it comes to doctor'sappointments). Great energy and the staff was super helpful as well. The best doctor's visit we've ever had.

We scheduled my Son with a male doctor approximately 5-6 weeks prior. The office called us today 12/30/25 to cancel next week's apt. That was magically made with a female totally different physician. Then tried to reschedule with a female physician for LATE February. How nice it is to actually look for your child's doctor, to then be canceled 6 days out, and told your choices for YOUR Child never actually mattered. 0/5 stars.

Usually my visits go as expected. However the last two or three have left me questioning if I should switch offices. My son had a visit last Monday 01/26 he had various prescriptions all but 1 that I was able to pick up. The pharmacy had tried to contact the doctors office many times to have it switched to something my insurance covers. They had no luck getting a response. I called and spoke with an agent on Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday morning I received a call back at 3:22pm saying that it was done and I should get my prescription soon. As of Friday afternoon the pharmacy still has not received said prescription and I spoke with another agent who escalated my request and told me I would receive a call back BY END OF DAY THE SAME DAY.
