Pediatric Associates South Lake

I generally do not write reviews. However, I’m passionate enough about my experience today (the day before thanksgiving with a sick child) to write one. My husband and I were both working so we decided to schedule a televisit for my daughter for 3:15pm. As of 3pm, I received no email with any links for the televisit. After calling the call center again, they had to reschedule the visit for 3:30 now indicating I will receive a text. As of 3:30, no text with the link. Called the call center again (in the Philippines) who cannot explain why I received no links. We finally made an appt to go in for 4:15 because we were done working. As we were leaving, we received a call from their corporate office indicating the “clinician” will send us the link shortly (now 4pm) for our 3:30 appt. We decided

Maria in the front end I do not think she understands she is working with sick kids. She lacks huge empathy and her way to communicate is very poor. The other female with short hair in the front end very kind and nice. She is the reason I am not looking for another doctor office, because Maria’s interactions are a huge disappoiment. The doctor Bustamante is awesome as well.

Melissa Zegerra Bustamante is amazing. I really couldn't have asked for a better pediatrician for my daughter Paisley. Thank you so much for all that you do.

We have been seeing South Lake Ped (Now Pediatric Assoc) for several years and I would highly recommend them especially their nurse practitioner Erin. She takes the time to listen and reassure my teenage daughters. They feel comfortable communicating with her and they work together to come up with a plan regarding their health care needs.

Lobby is extremely small and my daughter seen thirty minutes after scheduled time, but having Erin the NP, makes up for it. Erin is very concerning and Loves what she does, you can just tell. Erin is the Best. Do not loose her.
