Pediatric Associates Sanford

Horrible practice. I just pulled my daughter from here. I only kept her here as long as I did because I couldn't find anywhere else close that took her insurance. Even when I booked the first appointment of the day, I ALWAYS had to wait over an hour, my concerns were blown off, my daughter was diagnosed with autism but only after I sought a therapist on my own who requested a referral for an evaluation in writing after 5 years of me asking & being ignored. To top it off, my daughter 's father was put on her records when she established, but soon after, there was a NO CONTACT order of protection placed, which has been in effect for nearly 6 years. I have communicated this with the office on MULTIPLE occasions, AND IN WRITING, but even as of today they have not removed him from her account &

Not a great overall experience. I don’t feel like they address fully my concerns or go out of their way to show that they care for my child. But the most frustrating part is not being able to get ahold of the office and going through a call center. It was taking multiple days for them to call us back, even when we were marked urgent. The call center received notes and they forgot to call us back - 3 days later. Very inefficient.

This was our first time in this location. Very clean and friendly people. Now I know Thai if we can’t find an appointment in our location, we have the choice to go to the Sanford office. Thank you so much to make us feel welcome.

Very annoyed with the recent experiences I have had with one child. My child became sick last year and has since had a persistent cough that does not leave in between being sick. We have had many follow up appts on this same issue and have been prescribed only allergy meds each time which have not worked with no surprise. The cough has recently gotten worse and when taken in for an appt we were told to wait for the cough that has lasted over a year just to pass on its own and give the child honey. That was all. No one has taken our concerns seriously not even a referral made. When calling in to consult with someone I was told I would receive a contact call back from the team which never happened.

Only had one appointment here but so far it’s great! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Dr was calm and to the point. The facility is very clean. I would note that the google maps directions will send you to the back of the building just so others are aware.
