Pediatric Associates Palm Beach Gardens

Dr. Barsky has been our daughter’s physician since she was born. He’s always been great to interact with and incredibly knowledgeable. Every encounter at Pediatric Associates has been timely, kind, and professional. We look forward to watching our daughter grow and develop with this practice.

The service is horrible in communication when as a parent i have communicated that my child needed certain services done to get into school and the staff had me run around 3 times back and forth to the office each time to tell me that the office doesn't do the service on such day because it needs to Meet A Certain Amount of services in a month. We are just a number and not a patient to see a doctor. I know there are many other kids to see that is why one sets an appointment to be seen with a doctor or PA. The staff also was Never Friendly or helpful. Theu just say use the portal.... But I am so upset and leaving this practice. I spoke to the office manager 'Yasline' and I asked her to please help me set an appointment for thr correct service so my child can get what she needs in order to s

I came in from out of town as a visitor. As I walked up to the front desk every employee there had a smile on their face and greeted me. Everyone of them had great personalities. As I was took to the back, the same thing, all the girls had welcoming personalities and were very kind. It is very hard to find that in a medical setting now and days and is so important. Definitely would recommend this place of care.

To the location i carry my children they really nice and helpful. The doctor, the nurse and the front desk associates are wonderful. I won’t trade this location for nothing. Thank you for taking good care of my son today.

We have an almost 2 month old so haven’t had a ton of experiences here but they were highly recommended. Unfortunately we have had an awful experience. Upon entering the facility there is always 20-30 people in the general waiting room. When we’re buzzed in to the smaller area (since we have a newborn) there is always a child or multiples screaming at the top of their lungs. Perhaps it wouldn’t be such torture if we weren’t always having to wait for over an hour to ultimately see the doctor. The doctor herself is kind and takes only few minutes going over vitals, saying everything looks good always but having to wait with a healthy newborn for an hour to an hour and a half just to be told everything’s fine feels criminal.
