Pediatric Associates Palatka

We have been patients since 2021. We have always received great care, but because one of my kids now requires regular follow ups we have been to the office very regularly. I want to personally thank Dr. Imam. He's always patient, kind, and very engaging with both my patient kid and my tag-along kid. He answers all their questions and is a good listener. He's a good constant and my kids enjoy going to the appts. Our nurse, Carly is so nice! She's very attentive and very up-to-date w/ the kids' lingo/trends, which I can appreciate. My kids will talk her ear off but she always manages to get all the info and keeps the appointment rolling. This is by far the WORST pediatrician office I have ever been to…lack of communication is HUGE, lack of urgency with labs/imaging results, no direct way to contact the office for any reason you have to call the call center and they will send a message to the office to contact you(which they rarely do and if they do it won’t be in the timeframe you need) I can’t wait until I can transfer my kids to a better office with the proper resources & better staff IF POSSIBLE STAY FAW AWAY FROM THIS HOLE IN THE WALL

I love all of the doctors and nurses! They dont make you feel like they are in a hurry to get in and out. They make you feel at home! We had Ms Wendy this last visit and I felt like my baby was getting a check up done by her grandmother! She was very thorough and sweet as can be. I felt comfortable with her! Can’t always says that :)

DON'T GO HERE! My children have been patients since 2015 and we loved them, now they use a call center, you wait forever and you never get through. It is so wrong and impersonal. Save yourself the horrible experience and go to a good family Dr. This place has become sadly what most of the World has, money grubbing. They just want $$$$ not to care for patients.
