Pediatric Associates of Watertown

I've never experienced more care and love in a doctors office than here. The physicians always listen to my motherly gut and follow suit with what I'm feeling. I've never had issues getting sick visits. They are so loving and caring with the patients. Each time I'm there they make my children feel so comfortable and even play with them. My son was diagnosed with autism after the physicians listened to my concerns and had no issues sending referral for testing and putting him in therapy prior to diagnosis. They truly are the only place I will ever take my kids to in the area.

I couldn’t possibly recommend this place more. My daughter has been sick back to back since starting daycare, and they are ALWAYS able to get her an appointment same day. We have seen a few different providers here, and every single one, including all of the nurses have such amazing energy, and you can tell that they actually care about their patients and love their job. I feel so safe knowing that my daughters health is in such good hands.

I had a pretty decent experience MOSTLY while being seen here. Until it wasn't decent. We're a military family so we had to move away right when my son would have needed his 12m checkup. I called and asked about getting his records to take with us just to be told that i couldn't get his records & that I'd need to sign a records release form. Which is understandable so I did just that. The receptionist over the phone was extremely rude (there's always one there that is very transactional & rude. Idk how she has a job in customer service, much less health care reception but I digress). But when my husband went up there to try to get the full medical records himself? There wasn't a single problem with him getting them. **The pediatricians were great!** The rest of the practice isn't the great

Gentle, kind, knowledgeable. My son has a genetic disorder and they have been on top of his specialty care. They clearly really love the kids they work with and are skilled, organized professionals. Office staff are kind, polite, and prompt. Wonderful. I'm very grateful my son has Pediatric Associates on his team.

My kids have been coming here since they were born and we couldn't imagine receiving care anywhere else. Today for an example, I had called at 2PM hoping to get a sick appointment, reception had said they were full for the day, but when I told her my son was having issues wheezing, they immediately transferred me to the nurse, and got my son in for a 4PM appointment. We got there, and my son needed two breathing treatments which put us past their 5 pm close time, but Dr. Oliva stayed and made sure my son was taken care of fully. This is just one example of the care my children have received. All the providers are seriously the best in the area.. love them all. And the nurses are amazing and go above and beyond for their patients as well. We are so thankful for everyone at pediatric associa
