We have been very happy with the care provided here! The front office staff is always very friendly. Shout out to Nurse Erica who always answers my questions and explains things so well in office or when I call the nurse line a million times. LOL She is always so patient and kind!! Super thankful for her!! We LOVE Dr. Ryan and Dr. Bunn! Super thorough and personable. They never make us feel rushed! We honestly haven’t had a Dr. there that we didn’t like. Thankful for such a great practice with knowledgeable, helpful, caring staff!

Dr. Diskin is the best! All 3 kids have went there since birth and she is very kind and attentive, remembers things about them even when we haven’t seen her for nearly a year. Loving all the new nurses and receptionists, the old ones seemed pretty burnt out but the new ones have been so friendly and warm! Only downside is the wait is sometimes long when you call, and it can take awhile to get back into a room sometimes, but that seems to be the case for any doctor.

I have been with them for 10 plus years. I am finally cutting ties. They have gotten way worse with scheduling timely appointments, poor customer service and their wait times to talk to a nurse or to schedule is ridiculous. My daughter was misdiagnosed recently and her being an asthmatic is scary. They said she was just fighting a (month long?) virus and I got a second opinion from a different ped office and she really had bacterial pneumonia this whole time. Im not impressed and I will never step foot back in the beavercreek office.

Shout out to Dr. McCall and Erica J. for being very helpful and kind with my daughters work permit. We were missing a page and they helped us find the correct documents and expedited filling the out for her. Thank you so much!

The nurses on the phone are condescending, rude and pushy for no reason. (aside from scheduling) I am left appalled & confused after every call. The entire staff rushes you and every time we take our son for a visit they act as if we’re a burden to them with their attitude. I had called the nurse line to ask about a Nebulizer for my son who had RSV- she cut me off every minute, did not listen and essentially told me I was being irresponsible by not bringing him in. We had just been there the day before but she was too busy talking over me to get that. So I went in for an appointment (I don’t know why) and the Doctor was just as confused why I was there again. Maybe there was a quota. The older nurse is disrespectful, there is no warmth. They will all talk to you on the phone like you have
