Pediatric Associates of Cheshire

DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!!! I established care 8 years ago when I was pregnant. I have brought my son here for every appt and sickness, always on time if not early. During Covid, I would wait in my car until a text came through that THEY were ready. We scheduled a physical two months ago. I left work early to pick my son up from school and then drive 30 minutes to Cheshire, because we have been loyal to the office even after moving. Unfortunately there was a back up on Highland rd, which we usually plan for, but was extra this afternoon. We arrived at the office at 3:40( our appt was 3:30). The receptionist told me I needed to reschedule because I was more than 10 minutes late. I said it is just 10 minutes now. She looks down and says well now it is 3:41, so it is more than 10 minutes.

I have never had any issues with Cheshire pediatrics. We’ve been seeing Dr kinsella since 2017 with my first born daughter- now we have 3 children and it’s all been positive experiences. We’ve seen every single Dr there when Dr kinsella is off and we’ve been happy with the care and communication we receive! Highly recommend this practice!!

As a new parent, finding a pediatrician you trust is everything. Dr. Takores has been absolutely wonderful for our daughter. She is incredibly thorough, but more importantly, she takes the time to listen to our concerns and never makes us feel rushed. She has a way of explaining things that is so reassuring and clear, which is exactly what you need in those first few months. We feel so lucky to have her as our pediatrician!

We absolutely love Dr. O'Connor! We were struggling to get to the bottom of our infant son's medical issues, but Dr. O'Connor figured it out and got him on supplements and formula that have been a miracle to him. He's taken amazing care of our son and is always patiently answering the tons of questions we have. His assistant Judy is fantastic too - she's just so friendly and bubbly, always making us feel at ease, and super helpful. Our son lights up whenever he sees them both, and it's clear they're a wonderful team. We're so grateful for them and all the other amazing staff at Pediatrics of Cheshire!

Absolutely amazing, responsive, flexible, and consistent. Always answered a call, any time all the time. Paperwork was never an issue. Only regret would be they don’t do email, which I’m not sure if that is a standard practice. Outside of that they are amazing from support staff to Drs to on call service.
