Pediatric Associates of Charlottesville Spring Creek Office at Zion Crossroads

We see Dr. Parker and she is wonderful. She's very nice, very thorough and happy to answer any questions we have. We've never felt judged, rushed or unsure with her care. The nurse we usually see is equally as awesome. Nurse Megan really sets the tone for the visits, with her warm, welcoming demeanor and smile. She genuinely cares about the parents and kids too. She explains each immunization in depth and shows you too. We couldn't be happier with the care here, especially as first time parents. Cannot recommend enough!

Dr Brown is always very informative and attentive. She is very down to earth and doesn’t mind me asking 1,000 questions as being a first time mom. Her nurse Megan is the absolute best. She always greets us with a smile and brings such positive energy. She is very helpful, informative, always makes us feel welcomed, and is great with our daughter. She definitely makes her appointments worthwhile.

So thankful for the variety of locations and expansive hours this practice offers. Whether we are at work or school vs at home, there is a convenient location. Grateful for this location seeing my sick kiddo last minute. Easy scheduling, always friendly, and my kids actually look forward to going to the doctor! Win win for everyone :)

We see Dr Brown at the Zions office & she’s been so helpful with our boy who was born prematurely she never makes any of our questions as new parents go unanswered!. We also LOVE the nurse Megan who absolutely adores our boy each and every-time we see her She’s the best with babies especially with making us feel welcomed with concerns we have! Thanks so much for making doctors apts as new parents so much easier!

This is the only Pediatrics associates location that has given me the best service overall. The staff and medical personnel are professional, Friendly, and don’t treat me and my family like we’re just another folder with charts in it. I have a lot of gratitude for that type of service in a doctors office, because in my experience, it’s very rare. My only request/point of constructiveness would be that they open Earlier in the morning. My dry cleaners open earlier than my pediatricians… I realize the hours of the main office in Charlottesville are more extensive than the other locations and there might be a reason for that, but I wanted to put this out there. Thanks!
