Cyndi, Tina and Dayton made us feel at home and part of the family, always supportive. I did not catch the name of the LVT who drew Rosie’s blood, but she was also very kind and really instilled confidence as she talked with Rosie and got blood samples. Dr. Fietz as always kind and caring and a wealth of information. I absolutely love this group, and Rosie loves them so much, as displayed in her continuous kissing and loving on them!

This facility is amazing when you come in it’s clean and doesn’t smell like a vet office. The staff is super nice! They walked us through the whole process of what surgery would look like, what the exact cost would be before her surgery, and even called up a couple of times to check up on her post-op care. I also loved that sometimes they have other animals up there keeping the staff company. When my little kitty poppy had surgery the staff was great at giving me updates while I was at work. They even sent photos which made me feel so much better leaving her. If I could recommend everyone here I would! Pepper went for her one year old checkup and I was pleased with all aspects of the appointment, the time spent with the vet was appropriate and the vet techs were great getting her blood although I was a wreck! They gave her a treat for being so brave!

I have been going to Crossroads since they opened in 2010. We moved to Troy with two elderly Chihuahuas the same month they opened. Dr. Davis saved the life of my Millie girl who had torn a ligament to one of her heart valves and was struggling. We didn't know the full extent of what was going on but I had rushed Millie in as the hospital was about to close for the evening. Dr. Davis did a quick exam and assessment and gave her a shot to help get rid of excess fluid and told me to rush her to Green Brier emergency as her condition was more critical than I realized. She printed driving directions for me and told me to get going. By the time I pulled into the parking lot, Millie's tongue was turning blue. Overpriced, rude and not as advertised. They advertise as an animal hospital but are very clearly just a vet clinic and a nicer building. They don't offer emergency care, but they're more than happy to charge you an arm and a leg for something you could have done for half the price elsewhere. The animal medical center in Louisa can do everything that these jamoks can do for quite literally half the price. Just to get vaccinations was over $200 because they require a bunch of additional testing. The animal medical center in Louisa will do it for $45. I rest my case.
