Caring and dedicated staff. It doesn't matter who gets to see your child, the doctors and all the other staff are very great with children which makes you the parent comfortable too. It is so easy to schedule appointments. Plus, they use mychart app which allows parents to communicate with their doctor as well as have quick access to children's medical records and any other information. Their facility is handicap accessible and conveniently located with ample parking. I highly recommend this pediatric office.

Absolutely unacceptable. My son is 10 months old. This has been his doctor since he was born. Had the unfortunate experience of my son getting sick 3 times since birth. Each time was immediately after coming to this doctor. He was 4 months old when he got RSV after his 4 month visit here. Got a cold after his 6 month visit and now has a viral infection with a fever of 103 after bringing him in to check on his constipation. I noticed that the Doctor Zaman , which is his primary care, had not been wearing gloves. When I asked why she did not wear any gloves she immediately got defensive saying that she did not get my child sick he did not get sick from their office , that she washes her hands thoroughly and that that’s not how they do things there and they only wear gloves for examining the

I can always rely on them to get a scheduled appointment on the day that I need, you can easily schedule an appointment on the day that you call too!

I’ve been coming here for years with my kids and Dr Tan is absolutely the best provider I’ve ever seen, a literal angel. We had a sick visit today in canton, the provider Dr. Zaman, was unfortunately horrible. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day and felt like lecturing, I simply asked if one test was necessary based on my daughter’s health history and she lost it. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to speak to someone like that in front of children. Considering you are a pediatrician, I would assume you would like to make the patient feel comfortable and keep them healthy at the same time. Avoid her at all costs and see someone else.
