The doctors are ok, but don’t ask any questions during your physical visit, if you discuss anything outside a scope of the physical, even ask a question, you will be charged extra. Seems a little scammy to me because it only happened with one of my kids, and I know that I asked questions for both of the kids I brought that day. Just beware of their billing practices. In response to the office response below, I did call and ask and they told me a shampoo recommendation (not prescription) and a comment to keep a headache journal was why I was billed an additional visit. Now my kids are scared to bring up any issues that they have because I was upset about this billing. It would have been nice if someone told me that asking about any problems were not part of the physical. We will return, w

I have used this doctor’s office for 5 years for my son. Always had an easy time setting up appointments along with how professional the staff is. We drive 45 minutes just to come here as they heard our concerns and addressed them. I even came here when I was a child.

My little one has been seen by these folks since her birth, and let me tell you - I love all of the doctors and nurses here. They take everything seriously and give us such great information. They’re also fantastic with the baby. I can’t recommend these folks enough.

We are a family of five and have good insurance and are paying our bills on time, but front desk and bill management are rude. They called me to say that my son is due for a wellness visit and I said ok, I had to see my work schedule and did it through My Chart. It turned out that the insurance denied it because it was not due until December. They charged me for that visit total of $185 with my credit card on file. Totally disappointed and I will move to another practice my 3 children because of that. It should be front desk staff to verify if someone is due for a check up before calling the parent and making them do the appointment.

Lovely, kind humans who have been taking care of our kiddos since they were born. Thank you for the thoughtful, loving approach you take to healthcare. We always feel heard and seen when we come in — our boys love you all!
