Pediatric Associates Northside

Moved here Orlando Florida and Anna Jung was my child's first and only primary doctor. I miss her dearly for child with needs. Seems like the lobby will never be finished truthfully tacky not a good climate control in waiting area. Building is in need of a serious upgrade. The take over from Family associates is not going well at all. I wish I could follow Dr Jung she was and still is a strong element. So sorry to see her go. The NP my child sees is really good and blessed to have her after the sale out plus I do have my favorites with check in. Kid doc app doesn't work well and phone customer service is always a challenge because English is not the first language when having to call the office. I won't leave because the NP is wonderful for my child. Needs great improvement here. Disapp

Horrible. Although the front office staff is Amazing, the Dr. Is not. Everytime my daughter is scheduled for an appt, we wait for over an hour and end up leaving cause the dr NEVER comes to the room. I Def wouldn't recommend.

They get a one star ONLY because Dr. Baptiste is amazing. Front desk staff is rude (expect one girl, but I don’t know her name). They all sit at the front and gossip about patients, even if someone is waiting to be checked in. MAs are exactly the same, and don’t seem to be very educated on MEDICINE. Wait times are absolutely insane. They don’t seem to go off appointment times at all. That’s on top of having to wait on the phone forever to schedule an appointment that’s probably a week out. Also - they are not very kid-friendly which is odd for a PEDIATRICIAN’s office…

Appointment time was 10:25am wasn't taken back until 11:15am. Discharged at 12:05pm. Was prescribed medication but wasn't sent to pharmacy making my son without medication for 3 days. It has never taken this long. I was beginning to think that my son's doctor was the only one who was working.
