Pediatric Associates

The doctors and nurses here are amazing which is the ONLY reason we've continued going here. However we avoid the Waterford location at all costs. I dont know who hires and trains the front desk staff there but its disgusting. They dont care about clients, their needs. They are rude, inattentive and extremely unprofessional. They CLEARLY dont want to be there, they dont care about HIPPA, privacy laws or accommodations for immune compromised children. We've been seeing doctors here for over 7 years now and anytime we have to use this office its awful. If you can go to hioaks, its a completely different experience. I honestly dont know how this front desk staff keeps getting hired at this point, but it needs a serious overhaul.

This place is fantastic! We recently switched to this office, because of vaccine pressure from our other doctors. If you would rather make your own decisions for your children's injections, this is the place for you. We even saw our doctor from st Francis, taking her own child here. Doctor approved!

Absolutely love Dr. Sykes however, the front office staff are extremely rude. They need to learn how to properly speak to people. I see other reviews saying the same. It’s really a shame their behavior continues to be allowed. If it wasn’t for Dr. Sykes and her wonderful care for my son, we would leave this practice for good.

My daughter has been going to Pediatric and Associates since birth. Overall our experience is good. The doctor on call responds quickly and I've never had a problem getting a same day appointment. Also we have never waited more than 5 minutes to see the doctor. Some doctors have better bedside manners than others but overall we are satisfied with this practice. Like others have said the receptionist can use some training. They barely acknowledge you when you arrive. Usually there are 2-3 ladies sitting at the front desk and they all look the opposite way when you walk into the door to prevent from having to check you in.

I have been taking my 3 kids here since 2004 (starting at the Hioaks location). Absolutely wonderful! More specifically, in recent years, they have seen Dr Cothran as adolescents and young adults. There is no better doctor for your children! Dr Cothran is smart, compassionate, thorough, and she cares 1000% about her patients. She is the epitome of a medical professional. Such a comfort to have her care for my 3 children when they need medical attention.
