This pediatric office was recommended by the instructor from the hospital for one of the parenting classes we took. I cannot say enough good things. My daughter sees Dr. Loomis, but we have met most of the doctors at some point, and each one has treated my daughter with love and concern. They’ve all treated my husband and I with respect. As an anxious first time mom, they never made me feel bad or silly for having concerns. They take the time to assess things, which I guess contributes to a longer wait time, but I prefer that over being rushed. Whenever my daughter is sick, the nurse has always called back. I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. The doctors and staff are great. Whenever we have questions or our daughter is sick they are quick to respond and usually are able to see us the same day. Even overnight we get a great response time from the on call doctor or nurse.

My twins just turned two and we see Dr. M. Genuinely love him. He doesn't make me feel guilty for anything and is a really good advocate for me and my kids. The staff is generally really great. As far as anyone saying the wait time in the rooms is long. I'm not going to lie, it is. It can be stressful but also I love the fact that I don't feel rushed when I'm there and we're not just a number. With twins are appointments are ways crazy and chaotic. Dr. M really takes the time to make sure not only are my kids evaluated but that he addresses any concerns that I have. My twins feel like celebrities when they're there everybody is so happy to see them.

It’s a real shame when one person’s unprofessionalism ruins the image of an entire office. The doctors at Pediatric Associates are great , kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. But the practice manager, Sarah, completely misrepresents the quality of care there. Her hostility, sarcasm, and dismissive attitude toward parents is unacceptable and unnecessary. There’s no reason to speak to people like that especially in a pediatric setting where compassion and respect should be a given. Patients and families deserve better.

I am genuinely surprised with all of the negative reviews. I have been taking my son here for over 3 years and now my newborn and I have not had one bad experience. My children see Dr. Clark and occasionally other providers when Dr. Clark is unavailable and they have always been attentive and patient with any of my concerns. We have never had to wait long in the waiting room or in the room waiting to be seen by the provider. When my child has been sick, I have always received a call from the nurse within 2 hours and offered an appointment within 2 days if needed. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a pediatrician that truly cares about your children’s health.
