Pediatric Associates - Liverpool

Worst experience I have ever dealt with this Health care provider. You can't even have a conversation with these people on the phone without them speaking with a bad attitude and refusing to answer your questions and that's if they pick up the phone. They can't seem to do their job right and always forgetting submitting prescriptions and referrals on time. I would have to call them back to remind them consistently to do so and here's the best part, they still don't do it on time because it's always at their leisure. Unfortunately we were assigned to a Nurse Practitioner Emily Smith. Every time you address your concerns, she would always respond by saying "let's wait and see what happens" instead of putting an effort to find a solution. I would strongly advise you not to bring your children

We had Dr souri for one son- didn’t seem too invested in any issues which sucks. Told us to let him cry it out when we asked for suggestions other than that for better sleep. He’s 2 years old… For my second son I can’t recall her name but she was amazing! No complaints there. The low review is mostly for the staff. I didn’t have an insurance card for my newborn when he was born yet and they gave me attitude and basically left me standing there feeling stupid. My family has one car as I stay home with the babies and my husband works Monday-Thursday. Meaning fridays at anytime are the days we can go. They keep scheduling for other days even though I ask not. The last time we called the staff told us we might want to find a new pediatrician as “you can’t always expect a Friday”… um yes we

Dr. Nicholais, the PAs, nurses, office staff, everyone is friendly, helpful, and informative. We have had an amazing experience at Pediatric Associates. Our concerns are always listened to and they are always there to help us through both sick and healthy situations with care and compassion.

Love our dr.nicolias and everyone else. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because of the awful receptionist. Older lady, has to be in her 80s at least. Keeps her hair “red”. Just so rude every time i interact with her.

We've been coming here for 6 years and I love them. Sick patient visits, physicals, all things. Our pediatrician is amazing, she really listens and is happy to educate.
